Interesting Cig on e-bay

Anyone know what this is, or was??

At the price it's at right now, it seems like it could make a decent project. Just ditching that arch would be a world of improvement. Besides, I like all white boats, and have no need for a real cabin.
Wonder what it will go for?

Yeah that is weird. It's also a flat deck, which means it's probably not a 1990 model.
