That's not a Stern Power....... I believe it's a # 2 Speedmaster......
I think the hull is a Hoffman......and it looks a bit like the one that Mister Ricky owned...... The "Vapor Trails" KT. This type of boat raced at Parker, Arizona and other marathon events......
