I'd suspect that the hull has got more than a few soft spots. If you closely you'll notice that there appears to be some holes in the fiberglass at the bow, in addition to all the wholes from rigging on the transom. Water has most assuredly leaked into the hull and created mold and soft spots in addition to supporting the growth of vegetation.
That hull should be crushed. It's not worth rebuilding.
