Steve moved my thread, so I'm posting a link to it.

Talked to the bank today..... no extensions....no interest only payments. I made one payment to keep them from coming to get it soon. Might only be delaying the inevitable.... but I hope not.

Cord, call me tomorrow (Thursday) when you get home from work.

Mike

Foul, make sure you talk with someone who has authority at the bank, not a low level person.

Also, have you considered consumer credit counseling? they have more experience in these matters than you do. They can often give a person the breathing room to bootstrap themselves up. Don't know if there are any downsides to using them, but it's got to be better than what you're afraid will happen on the record.
