Looks like you haven't been here long enough to have followed this from the beginning. He ran OVER the stern of a 22' Wellcraft at night. He WAS drunk but didn't turn himself in until several days after, so it was pretty hard to prove.

The hit and run laws must be made WORSE that the DUI laws. As it is now , by running you at least beat one of the charges. I've seen it too many times , including a coworker out jogging

He said he knew he hit something but didn't turn himself in for several days???? And he described running over a 22 scarab as a "bump"!?? that had to be one hell of a bump! He's an idiot.

If he only gets two years I hope everytime he's in the shower leroy bents him over every day he should have stopped he must of been a drunken coward .
