That's an Abbatte, made in Italy, there are I believe two Abbatte brothers, one of which used to race offshore class 1(UIM) internationally. There's a guy over here who brings a lot of them over from the south of france, and sells em here, he recently had one for sale that had been owned from new by roger moore of james bond fame, it was a 37 I think, with twin 454's on trs's
