Premium Gas Or Not

SHOULD I USE PREMIUM GAS WITH 2003 525 EFI, I HAVE BEEN TOLD TO USE 89 OCTANE, WOULD I LOOSE POWER OR GAIN USING A HIGHER OCTANE?
