Videos can be posted just like pictures...it's just that the files are bigger. The trick is finding server space.
There are probably limits here that won't allow you to post them (or maybe they charge more fees).

The size limits on the board will probably not allow you to do this. The easiest way to do this would be to find a host site, or server, to store the video and then post the URL to that location.
