Thanks for the offer. I pulled the exhaust manifold and the exhaust valve is trashed. I stopped disassembly and will pull the motor to fix. Hopefully it's not too bad.

I jinxed myself, I told my girlfriend on the day of the COPS run "You better come with, it's probably the last time I'm taking it out for the season" and IT WAS!

I don't normally quit boating in September, but I'm planning on painting the deck and the windshield frame. Now I just have a longer winter project list.
