What is a 454 worth?

I will be pulling a stock 330 hp 454 from my boat. It has 280 hrs on it and I have someone interested in buying it. It is a Mark IV and complete from oil pan to carb, with exhaust.

How much is it worth?

A friend sold his 330's for 3k each, they were 1995 gen V (I think)

I paid 2 grand for a Gen 6 with I think it was 400 hours on it.
