That ORL fax: Who sent it? Who leaked it?
Further on the ominous ORL fax that was supposedly sent out to the APBA Offshore membership - http://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/s...threadid=59747
- We have polled racers and received no reports that this fax had gone out. A post on OSO, asking for in-the-wild sightings of that fax came up totally empty. Nobody had seen the fax.

- OSO members analyzed the fax posted on OSO with eagle eyes. It was soon concluded that the recipient of the fax was (305) 293-5117 (handwritten number, upper right hand corner.) That fax number happens to coincide with the fax number of Lee Mills, c.o. Key West Investment Syndicate.
- Further traffic analysis leads to the conclusion that this fax may have taken the following route:
Fax sent from APBA LLC to an outside 3rd party. (We are trying to track down who.)
Fax is then being forwarded to Lee Mills, most likely by that 3rd party.
Fax is being leaked to interested parties who publish it on OSO.
Conclusion:
- ORL exists or is in the works.
- There are strange bedfellows.
