Fogging MPI engines with cool fuel
In the past I've just sprayed
fogging oil into the throttle body
when winterizing.
I heard somewhere that you can
remove the water separator/ fuel filter
and pour some 2 cycle oil into it, then
reinstall and run til it starts smoking.
Anybody heard this ?
I remember on the VST engines,
the service manual said to add
2 cycle oil to VST for fogging.

J.t. Sorry to hear that it's that time of the year.
Are you into to snowmobiles at all.I sold mine to your friends, when I, moved to Texas 12 years ago. I sure miss them, they helped speed up the long winter day's there.
I think it was in the 80's here today ,just perfect working or boating weather.
