does any one know the stock cam specs on a 1998 502 efi? and if i went to a cam with these specs what performance gains would i notice (224/230 deg. intake /exhaust duration on a 112Lsa ) ?

you mean the 475 hp 502 efi or 415 hp 502 mpi ?

stock 502 mpi was 224/224 on 115.5 so 224/230 will gain you maybe 25hp at the top end.

I think the 502efi cam is bigger than 224/230 112 so that would be a down grade.
