As some of you may know from the thread that I started last night I had a problem with a bill that I got from Eddie Marine. There was a large error in their favor and I didn't catch it until 10 weeks later.

Called them this morning, spoke to them about 30 seconds, problem solved. "Is there anything else we can do for you sir"? WOW!!!!

I will be calling them again that's for sure. I'm just so used to fighting with people to get what I deserve. Not that case here.

Thought all should know.

PS...I deleted that thread I started last night. Thought I owed them that much.

Same here. Always good service with timely shipping.

Sorry guys, I beg to differ. Bad experiences with the quality of their house products and their poor record keeping. I don't buy from them anymore.
