Default Havasu in November?

I have to go to Vegas for a trade show; I mean boon-doggle, I mean trade show in a couple weeks. Will be there 16-19 November.

Is there anything worth me going early and heading to Havasu on Friday the 14th? I have been there before and I know the fun declines after the World Jet Ski Finals in October out there.

If not, is anything planned West Coast Style on that weekend of 14-16 November. I could easily drop into SoCal for a couple days of R&R and boating if anything is happening and anyone is game to host. Favor will be returned if/when you come East to DC.

Thanks in advance!

Havasu will have died down by that time. There will still be alot of boaters on the water but like you said....

Our SCOPE brothers might be doing something. Maybe one of them will chime in.

Why would you go to Havasu with Lake Mead only 20 minutes away? We boat at Mead thru Thanksgiving, then pull the boat until about Easter. In years past, we've even gone out on New Years Day. You have to wear a jacket tho...

It's certainly a lot closer....Havasu is 2 hours away from Vegas.
