my buddy just opened a strip club in NJ. just had the grand opening this past weekend.
it was a strip club that has been closed for a couple years and was a wreck. after taking about a year to remodel the ENTIRE place he just opened. i know he had ALOT of problems with the township regarding permits and inspections.
this is his first shot in this business and he is a bit stressed, but it looked to be a profitable first weekend that he had.
BTW he has a 32 Fever on the River and lurks around here sometimes.

You've got to either work until closing or be lucky enough to find someone that is honest to run it for you. All to often in the bar business, the profit margin goes way down when the owner isn't there.
