Default Cops dvd

Just watched my DVD i got in the mail... very very cool guys. not sure who did all the work but it was fun to watch. Special recognition should go to Dan aka Candyman for the nice slo-mo on his flight.

See you guys at the Boat show... wish it was next week.

Hey Don,
Glad to see you got the disk and it played. I just got the burner working a few days ago. I burnt a bunch of coasters before it worked right. Steve aka Donzi38zx and my self bought burners to save on the production costs. The production company quoted Jack 20.00 a copy to make DVD's. This cost was not figured into the original costs of the runs. Jack said he would have to pass the costs on to everyone. We decided it would be better to burn them ourselves with Jack replacing the materials used.

How was the packaging? Did it come in good condition? Any info would be greatly appreciated so I can make improvements where necessary. Did you like the label? I originally had Candyman Productions under the M&M but I decided Jack might not like that. Then again I owe him!!!! He calls me from Key West to say he was thinking about me as the Florida Powerboat club boats could be heard in the background! He wanted to know how work was going for me.

I love the footage of your boat trying to outrun the helicopter. I wish we had an on-board camera on your boat to go between the two clips. It looked like a fun ride.

The new footage that was added was given to us by Austin aka Medicine Man. Some of it was shot from Predator while the rest was shot form Frank's 33' Executioner. It was great footage.

I'm trying to learn DVD editing so I can convert clips to be posted. The pictures don't do the runs justice.
Hope you can make the boat show.
Dan

BTW, I tried to contact as many of you that I know to get the DVD out quicker. I don't have a mailing list so anyone that knows someone on one of these runs please contact me with shipping info at [email protected]. I definitely want to get a copy to Austin and the owner of Predator. It was great to get the extra footage. Thanks so much for sharing it.
