Question Home much do you pay for your slip or rack at your marina?

Just got off the phone with one of the new places at the LOTO and they are $7 a foot for climate controlled rack storage or $259 a month for a 12x32 slip, which includes electric, cable, and all that jazz....

Is this about right?
