eBay Account Suspension Team [[email protected]]
Dear mr-computerparts([email protected])

Congratulations to be pre-approved for eBay item 2446728298.

Your seller, [email protected], has informed eBay that your payment hasn't been received yet. We have insured this item and the seller is expecting the payment by
Western Union wire transfer.
If you have already sent payment or intend to pay soon, please contact
the seller at [email protected] immediately.
Simple misunderstandings are often resolved through direct
communication.
We advise you to send the wire transfer as soon as possible.

** Do not reply to this email. All you need to do is contact your
seller.**
You and your seller are encouraged to work things out in the next three
days. If this situation is resolved during this time,
the matter is dropped and you do not need to take any further action. If, however, your seller is still unsatisfied after this period, you
may receive a Non Paying Bidder (NPB) warning from eBay.
Once you obtain one warning on your record you will be suspended for 30
days.
If you receive a second warning, suspension will last indefinitely. Please note that eBay does not take the side of the buyer or seller --
understand that we are only trying to help you and your seller trade
successfully.
Remember: Your seller is under no obligation to "hold" your item since
much time has already passed.

Its pretty sad when you have to trace all the emails
to make sure you dont get ripped off, number one stay away from those western union wire tranfers, and if its just to damn cheap something is wrong, ask the seller a question , when I get my reply I check the header on the email and trace it back, if they say they are in the US and you find they are emailing from someother place
well I call there bluff.

You guys be careful with getting pre-approved. I had heard that when you click that link to get pre-approved, they get all your personal information regarding e-bay...not sure but I heard that from a few sources.

I got the same crap. I forwarded the whole e-mail to ebay and reported him. They responded back that they already have received complaints about him.

I then replied back to this message saying that I was going to come to this address:

George Stuart
3650 Montecito Drive Fremont
Los Angeles
California
94536
United States

With THE BAT, and kick his entire ass....

see if he gets ME in trouble with the e-bay police.....
