actually my father is contemplating an investment and asked me to do some research. He wants me to learn about commercial real estate and in effect leave the descision on this one up to me.

Dreamer, This thread didn;t have much to do with car racing BUT i did pick up a 90 euroswift which i will hopefully be doing some practice days (prior to the national SCCA races) with down at sebring and moroso in january!

Puder, there seems to be storage places popping up everywhere in Miami lately....I actually rent some space for old files......what kind of space are you looking for?

already found one. Its general use commercial space. Can be used for wearhousing, manufacturing or any other industrial usage. It currently has about 15k sq feet setup for refridgerated storage. (which can be easily removed or perhaps even moved around in the facility its all freestanding pre-fab stuff.

The overall biulding is about 37k' sq. with about 4k of office space. I'm just trying to determine if it is infact a wise investment. The ideal would be to get a single NNN tenant in there on a long term lease. But if a couple smalelr tenants are required so be it, the space is subdivideable. I'm tryign to get a good feel for the strenth of the commercial market down there.

What area of town is it in??? Some areas are, ahh... different..
