Last I heard he was going under the knife for spine surgery. Just wondering how it went as I havnt seen anything here.

He had a long standing problem. Lots of back pain. This was a planned surgery to fuse a couple discs I think. We sure would like an update though!

I dont know if he was having a fusion or a disc cleanup job. If it was a fusion, He probably will be off the board for a while as he feels like he was hit by a truck. Been there....

I visited Vagrant yesterday @ the hospital and he is in a lot of pain, but the surgery went very well according to the doctor. I talked with his wife about 6pm this evening and he was doing better but still in a lot of pain. If he continues to improve he may come home on Tuesday. I will update the site after my visit tomorrow.

Hey Alan4, I will get his email when he calls me back.
I stopped by to see him at his home about 6:00pm this evening. They let him out after lunch today. He is recovering at home. He is extremely sore, but in otherwise good spirits. I know he just moved and has a new phone number and he said he had just about got his computer set back up. I will post his email address when I talk to him later this evening.
It was a hell of a month for him: sold house and moved the weekend before his surgery. Wow, talk about tough.
