Miami living at its best...
If anyone OSO'rs are thinking about moving to Miami and not sure where to start looking, I think I have the perfect solution. These are the ULTIMATE pads with huge open spaces and private docks directly on the bay... Perfect for your Nor-Techs or Top Guns out back. With so many people coming down for the Miami Boat Show, I thought I would post this in case anyone was interested in seeing some of them while you're here. I have attached a few pics. Most of the places start at around $300K. Considering they are in the heart of South Beach and have water views, I don't think the prices are outrageous. Water views, private docks, huge open loft spaces and ultra modern living. Not to mention the miami lifestyle and the beautiful woman everywhere. Ok, so who wants to see some.

These properties are amazing, to say the least. Many of these new lofts have already been built and people have already started moving in. All the properties are available through me via Majestic Properties in Miaimi. Right now, Miami and the surrounding areas are undergoing a HUGE loft boom.
