I sent this to a client that I've been doing some work for. I might have captured the image from this site, I really don't remember. He used to fly F-15's for the airforce. That becomes obvious in his reply. Here's what I wrote in the e-mail to him:

Is this a F-15 or a F-14? I can't make it out from the angle...

Here is his reply:

A rare shot of an F-14... Not only because of a skewered Santa, but also because the over weight and underpowered F-14 cannot be in the vertical too long before it falls out of the sky like a leaf on the receiving end of a pathetic tracking gun kill solution! For VID purposes, the swing wing is the main feature - notice the wing is swept full forward - telegraphing its low airspeed/energy state.
