Twas the night before an OSO Christmas
Twas the night before Christmas and all through offshore only
Were builders and fanatics who were just boating lonely
All waiting for summer or at least warmer sun
To fire up the boats and start having fun
Filling the Christmas tree with props and tow lines
To get a new GPS would certainly be fine
The children were all nestled all snug in there beds
While daddy was contemplating a Nor-Tech painted red
Out on the lake there arose such a splash
To see who was out there, to the window I did dash
Well it was an apache, a skater, a cigarette too
Out on Lake Michigan are these guys really fools
For we all know that in the cold boats run faster
But if they break down getting home might be a disaster
Who is out in the cold I started to have pity
Was it Troutly, Mad Cow or was it Nautti Kitty
Maybe SGrady, or Catmando or maybe Michael A
What a great ride for a cold Christmas day
And the sound I hear from the Lake can it be
Someone is shouting is this run sanctioned by the LLC
Or the APBA, OSS, or maybe ORL
I don’t really care looks like it is fun as hell
On Cigarette, On Saber, On Apache Boats
On anyone who owns fiberglass that floats
Next year lets all vow to have lots of boating in the sun
And quit the *****ing and work to have fun
So as we dream of sunshine burning hot and bright
We say Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night

Missed ya last night, the Irish pub was good...now were down in south florida getting ready for christmas...just doesn't seem the same with out snow...
i'll be thinking of you lucky troubled fools out on the pond on sunday...dam, wish i was there for that!
