O/T Steel Buildings
I am considering building a warehouse/garage in Houston. What are the going rates per sq. ft. for a concrete slab and a steel building (4,000 sq. ft. w 2 large overhead doors? I have about 33,000 sq. ft. of land available, but want to build 1 warehouse now. Thanks for the help.....
