well for years now I've waited for Michigan to have a High Performance boat club... we still dont have one. Can we have a Michigan Chapter of COPS????

Didn't you know we were starting a MI group, called
MOPs, and if I recall Crazyhorse was putting together CHOPS, I think you could be co-captain of that group,
Roger, from what I hear that Kankakee group will be a handful

By the way, Dyno, one of the membership requirements is to spend a night in Hammond on T-dock after one of the COPS runs. They do their best to make you feel at home. In fact, I'll bet home was never like a night on T-dock,,,,

I know what you mean about the Michigan side. I had a place in South Haven for years. I saw allot of great boats but nobody seemed to get together. Especially when they wouldn't let us anchor buy the power plant anymore.
I went on a COPS run and meet more boaters in one day than I did in MI in four years. From then on I was driving to MI to get my boat and bring it to Hammond.
It didn't take long to figure out what to do. Sold the condo, bought a bigger boat and started having fun.
One run and you will be hooked.
