My wife and I have been trying to get to Florida for over a year. We're just not crazy enough to move before I have a job.

I do believe, however, that complaining about something that is fixable is a waste of time. With that in mind, I promise not to spew about the 6 inches of snow we got last night or the 100 miles of driving I have to do in it today or the cars strewn all over the road or the people who drive 10 MPH on the highway because of a little snow or the salt trucks that dump salt and sand all over my truck or the... um, sorry.

I hope to see all of you South Floridians at a poker run in the next 6 to 12 months.

I heard the wind chill is supposed to be 100 below in much of New England tomorrow.

100+ wind chills are already being seen at the top of Mt. Washington. Steady 100+ for tonight and tomorrow.

Was -17 on the thermo this morning at my house (-25 windchill). Supposed to be -20 to -25 tonight (-40 windchill)....... . Now THAT is cold...even for a hearty New Englander like myself........

You guys are making me feel guilty!!! It's a balmy 25 degrees here today! Heck with it, I'm breakin out the shorts and tanks. Anybody got any lotion?
