I'll be the second. Woof, Woof. Now if you plan on tieing 10 together than we are all ears. Sorry, welcome to the board and I would check federal laws, they seem to be the easiest, then check each and every muni and they may give you good info or not, they can be wrong you know, but you still have to pay.

Ya, I think most of the people here hate PWC's.

In answer to your first question, you could probily go to the Dept. of Natural resources web site of the state you plan on visiting and get the scoop.

Your next question ... I would recommend getting a small boat before a PWC. Your season will be longer, you can bring some friends, you can cruise, ski, tube, hang out, get laid, fish, etc. etc. What can you do with a PWC? Blasting around is fun for a little while but then what?

Yes, and in a boat you stay dry...if you want. That way you never have to worry about getting kicked out.

Default thanks everyone

Thank you all for the riveting opinions. Actually, I already have a 26' pursuit, but am looking for something easy to trailer when I am in smaller lakes, or areas I don't want to take the boat... have a great one.
