Unhappy What type Sending unit is this?

The gas gages in my 36' 1984 early Sonic have never indicated correctly since I bought the boat a couple of years ago. Never would read more than about 1/2 tanks and when it they read empty, best I could figure they still had about 1/4 to 1/2 tanks. The gages check good, so I decided to pull the sending units. Tested them on the bench and sure enough the re-stats are shoot. Anyone know if this (photo below) is a standard unit for marine use?. Thanks for the help.

Alcor you can get a replacment sender from a marine supply house ie. Lewis Marine or if you contact Too Old at Trick Marine I'm sure he can help you, all you need is the tank depthand be sure the guage is in the 35 to 240 Ohms range. ps. It does not have to look the same there are several different styles

Thanks GeoGraphics INC,Went up to Boaters World and bought two new Tempo sending units, exact match. Thanks again, I would have bet it was going to be something hard to fine. Nice when it's simple.

It looks like a Tempo Marine sending unit.

Just be sure to measure it up properly before installing it, otherwise it will never register properly.

follow the instructions on the box, they are pretty descriptive.
