Default Pay Pal deposits for Ebay

If someone takes my pay pal deposit and runs, is there a way to get it back?

If the seller cannot prove he sent you goods within seven days, Paypal should refund. You can go to www.paypal.com and read buyer protection policy. I beleive it is only good up to $500. This may only apply to sellers that post the PP shield on auction that qualify.

There are many paypal scams that typically burn the seller not the buyer. Visit www.paypalsucks.com or www.paypalwarning.com to see what paypal wont tell you.

Best of luck!!!!

I've had it with PayPal. After years of perfect buying and selling transactions, they suddenly refused to let me buy anything until I "registered" (sent them all my bank account info). Now, I have money in my account from a sale that they won't give me without charging me $3 to write a check. They won't let me use it to buy anything, either. I wrote them dozens of scathing emails, and got nothing but cookie-cutter emails back. I NEVER dealt with the same person twice - it was always a different person, and I had to go through the whole story again and again, getting longer every time.

They're useless.

Always pay with a credit card! Paypal only wants the checking accound so they don't have to pay the credit card fees!

whats the big deal with registering or giving Bank Account info??? I have for several years...Its secure, more so than you think. You also get more recourse if something goes wrong.

Its the people that give out there info to spam emails that make it look unsecure...
