When caught on OSO while working, what discipinary do you get?
Just got caught again on OSO while at work. I get off easy- the Boss wants a ride my boat everytime I get caught, my boss will be spending ALOT of time in the boat this summer..... What disciplinary happens to you when you are caught???

The funny thing is that many employers spend a lot of time and money making sure employees are not on porn sites. Meanwhile, employees are all over the internet going to other sites and not questioned. That's been my observation anyway.

Nothing happens to me since I control all the workstations from my location. Since sales have been slow I have seen a lot of browsing. The boss browses for porn, his wife browses religious sites. (Interesting relationship) one of the secretaries browses for cooking recipes. Me? I'm doing all the sales orders working up to my weekly commission cap. (Which I reach every Wednesday) One of the machinists loves to browse the DNC site and www.salon.com for some strange reason he often has problems with his connection.
