Default Outdrive service?

I just bought my boat (95' Formula 271 w/bravo3) this December and was thinking about having the out-drive serviced. This is my first boat and don't really know what needs to be done. I know some bearings need greased and there is some adjustments and alignments that need to be done. I was wondering exactly what needs to be done so I don't go to my mechanic uneducated! Also what kind of costs should I expect?

Drive related:
They should remove the outdrive and check for engine alignment and the condition of the coupler splines and gimble bearing. While the drive is off, they will grease the u-joint. Have them check the bellows also. Don't want that to go bad. This should be a yearly service. Also change the drive oil, looking for wear signs in the oil if they are thorough. grease gimble bearing

A misaligned motor will ruin the drive coupler and can leave you stranded on the water. The motor has to be pulled to replace the coupler. A lot cheaper to do the preventative method. No idea on cost as I do this myself.
