Miami boat show and Platinum

As of this week the platinum boats will not be in Miami. See www.raceboats.com
I am not going either because I was in the booth with them. It is too late to change plans, maybe next year.

Marine Performance, Rik,
we were forced to pull out from exhibiting in Miami, as we don't have boats to show anymore. Both boats were sold to a European UIM Class 1 racing team a few weeks ago. The boats have to be racing in Europe by May!
We have a contractually agreed upon delivery time, which will already be difficult to meet, as is. If we would have lost additional time to shipping the boats from Ohio to Miami, staging at the Show, the Show itself, waiting to be able to leave after the show, and then the trip back to Ohio, we would not have completed the boats by the agreed upon deadline.
Believe me, it was a tough choice to pull out. The BPM boat looks so stunning, and only a few people have seen it so far. The Miami Show would have been a great opportunity to show....
Pat, I sincerely apologize for this lost opportunity to show your product in Miami as well. We will make up for it!

should have brought the boat...tools...parts...and people, and kept on rigging at the show!!!!
Now that would be a display!!!
congrats on the sale, and sorry to hear your not in Miami where thousands would have seen it.
Must have been a real tough choice!

A boat manufacture keeping a production date
amd missing a boat show . That's dedication to your costumer Platinum. I don't know of any manufacturer or Dealer
or repair shop in the marine industry that keeps or gives deadlines.
