This custom made 28' was built for a customer of ours in Baltimore, Maryland named Greg Lucas. It has twin 454 Magnum 365 HP Merc. packages. Last time I saw the boat was back in 2000 and the boat was very well maintained.It does run in the 76 MPH range on GPS.
