Default I need a new AM/FM/CD Receiver w/remote

I need a new AM/FM/CD Receiver with wired remote control. I don't need a totally waterproof unit. I want one with 4 RCA outputs. I want to spend less than $400 total. Any suggestions?

I bought a kenwood for $200 and have been happy. It only had one set of preamp outputs. I just bought a couple of y's two run two amps, a lot of amps have pream outputs on them so you can run a cable back to your amp the run one from that amp to your next amp. The wired remotes are great I have one on the dash, one in my anchor locker up front , so when I am on the beach I can still run my radio with out geting in my boat. I plan on installing one on the transom.

The only totally waterproof head unit is the Clarion.

Jon, does this mean the entire unit?
Not just the front?
Where mine is the back sits in what is a storage compartment. I can get water in there if it rains with the cockpit cover off
Right now mine is bad, still works but cannot change any stations or settings.
Like the Clarion for the water resistance but have only been able to find the 1.5 or 2 din sizes.
I need a regular size unit along with one corded remote to the helm

If you're interested I have a NIB Kenwood wired remote that I'll sell.
