I got a damn virus i can't get rid of. Its says W32.Welchia.Worm and norton picks it up and says that it has deleted the file but every time I turn my computer on it eventually pops up again.

sounds like you have it handled .. probably have to change your settings on file storing and back-up and then do a virus scan.
