If you take a cab..DO not pay cash if the cost looks high and check the receipt if you pay by Credit card to make certain it is a Cab company receipt not a Haitian bank.
Last year I had a not too nice experience that involved the driver-higher than normal charges-cash VS Credit card-The cab co. mgr.- and the FBI...
The money was being routed through a Haitian source..
