Thumbs up Formula support - 2 thumbs up!

Here's a GOOD NEWS story for a change: Early last week, I decided that I'm going to take advantage of the fact that the engines are out of my boat to do some cleanup and rerigging in the bilge. Since the boat has always had a pretty pronounced list to the port, I decide to move one of the batteries to the starboard side, but I need a mounting tray from Formula. I call Formula Technical Assistance Group and speak to Chuck Miller, who gives me the part number, and without having an order goes to check to see if they have one.
I call Full Tilt Marine (local Formula dealer) to place the order. Chuck Miller has already given them a 'heads-up", they give me 25% off, and agree to drop ship it directly to my house.
Chuck Miller calls back to say they don't have one, and it will be "several days to make one". Rats. This is the last weekend I have to work on the boat for a month, and then the engines should be back in. Chuck says he'll do what he can.
48 hours later, Full Tilt calls to let me know that it's on its way, 2nd Day Air, courtesy of Formula. UPS delivers it at 5:30 PM Friday evening and by noon Saturday, it looks like this:

The battery tray wa so well finished, all I did was rough it up where it going to be bonded in place. Formula even sent me some Plexus!

Awesome.

That's exactly why Formula is on our short list of boats - I've never heard a bad story about their support.

I think not, I'm considereing mufflers, although I don't know why since I no longer have a stereo to listen too.

Why? You gonna bring your donut cruiser out here to the East coast and write me up?
Actually, I'm hoping to build an external Captains Call that will fit into the Silent Thunder platform. We'll see...
