Don't need the rain, but the sky is lighting up like the 4th of July right now!!

Yeah, in Holland we had a T Storm Warning, all the streets are flooded and it was a light show for sure. My hottie neighbor (who is engaged
) came over because her basement had water in a brand new house, I gave her my wet vac and said start sucking. Then she slapped me in the face
I had no water because I built my house above grade, others in the neighborhood chinsed on fill sand and have a hard time with even a bathroom in the basement. I guess $5000 extra for sand was worth it.
