as soon as my house sale closes, I am getting upset with the sellers attorney, first he was on vacation, now I don't know what the excuse is, but i think i will pay him a visit today and straighten him out, the buyer is ready ,I am ready, the finance company is ready, but this guy just doesn't feel like doing anything. all he has to to is the title search and we can close and we have been waiting for him to do that for 3 weeks.

Then heckle and banter him into submission! No attorney will be able to withstand a landwalrus bantering session! I will call you in a few buddy.
