38 Powerplay Infornation
#1
Without getting into the company issues, I was wondering how well the 38 Powerplay performed?
I looked back at all of the old posts and noted that no final performance numbers were ever listed.
Has anyone ever owned/been on a 38? Sounds like a strong rough water boat... any feedback?
Thanks.

I'd guess they've only made a dozen or so, but the most strait-forward way to get the information you want is to call Dan at Powerplay (954)-733-2500.
I'm sure he'd give you owners to talk to for an independent opinion.

Can your friend Robbie provide any information? I see that he has had a lot of problems with PP (according to your post on the general board), but hoped that he could share his viewpoints on the hull and performance.
Robbie????

Boomer,I talked to a gentleman in Key West that had a new 38 Powerplay. He had some trouble getting it finished in a timely fashion, but was very pleased with the end results. The boat had 525's in it, and ran about 80 mph. The boat was beautiful, and dwarfed the 38 Top Gun next to it.
