Default Baja thoughts

Looking at a 90 250es. How do they handle?, well they take high speed? constuction? I know there was a lot of junk built in the 80's and the 90 is'nt that far away.What's the weight? any help is appreciated

They handle well. We installed an R-tech Supercooled/Procharged 502 in one last fall. We have not found the end if it yet but so far we have seen 86.5 on gps and it handled real well, running a 30p B1 four blade.

Thanks Biggus, Do you have to adjust the x-dim or are they well set from the factory?

We did not alter the X-dimention at all. I am very impressed at how well it runs and handles. This boat is like riding a CR 500 It really rocks with the new power.

I take it Baja must build one hell of a boat and everyone agrees with Bigus?

I have had 3 Baja's over the last 8 years and I have had little to no complaints about them. They may not be as nice as the custom or "hand made" boats out there but their cost is usually less as well. There are alot of Baja's out there which bother some but it also means they must be doing something right. Not super fast but offer a very nice ride that is super stable with speeds that still are decent if the boat is properly set up.

I've got a 90 250ES and have no complaints (other than it hasn't morphed itself into a Top Gun yet)

It's a good boat. Mine just needs more power.

Thank's guys, what's the beam on those? and is there enough free board for 3 or 4 footers in lake mich.

It will work fine for Mi. on most days you want to go out
