After a second look, I don't think that it is a Liberator either. It is a slash of some sort. And I don't see 8G's of paint. The paint is only worth 8G's to the guy that had it painted. There were very few 24's rigged with single OB's. After looking closer, 10 to 12K may be a better deal. He can't seem to sell it for 15K.
