single engine dominator ?

I remeber talking to some one a year ago with a 32 with a single hp500. The cabin was gutted, and I believe he was seeing close to 80mph!
I run a 288 with a hp500efi, and best I have seen is 71 mph gps. Smooth water, maybe gain 1 or 2 in optimum conditions.
A dominator with a full cabin, 525, I guess 70 mph! And baby the drive!!

My friend Emil has a 2003 32 single, 500 efi, ITS box/XR that has ran a best of 74 gps last year. He already has a whipple that is due to be installed next month. Waiting to see how much he picks up with that.
Dave F's set up is sweet. I purchased my M-4 procharger from him and saw his project in progress. I would say the 750 HP is a definately on the low side. Look back in the archives in the tech section and see what his 598" / M-5 Procharger dynoed at Dean Nickersons. As of last year I think that he just tested with the 598 naturally aspirated. It is going to be a beast when it is dialed in... if he can make the drive live.

And I hope that it works as well for you as it did for me.
Yes, 750 is close to what my engine dyno'd nat. asp. Without playing around with timing or jetting, it dyno'd around 1140 or something. That was with only 30* timing and race fuel and the biggest pulley on the blower. So I had ALOT of room left to find hp. When all dialed in and reliable I'm hoping for 1200hp on pump gas.
I have an extension box, an MMWX drive and a few other goodies so I'm expecting to see some impressive speeds.
I got the boat this time last year with no engine, drive steering or related guages and had one hold up or problem after the other along with a new baby.
I had a machinist friend of mine make me a bracket for my cooler. Plumbing lines (and making them look nice) is a nightmare. CMI made my tails wrong had to send them back to be rebuilt, (which they made good on) Had to drill and tap the return line in the tank to be able to handle the outrageous fuel pump I need, etc etc.
I think I'm finally ready for this year.
We'll see
