Angry Had to go back to dial up

This S*cks, we moved into a new house neighborhood and have no cable, no dsl, no nothing. This is the first time I have been able to get on line since March 16th. I was about to enter a clinic for with-drawls. Hi, My name is Audra and I am an Offshore Only Addict. I have a lot of catching up to do so wish me luck in my dial up.

I moved and went from cable internet to dial up too. It sucks. I checked in to the Satellite internet with Direct TV. It's pretty expensive. I wouldn't use it enough to get my money's worth out of it.....especially in the summer.

WHY??? What could you be doing in the summer to cause such a drastic financial decision??

Photos of that rationale please....

Welcome Back Kotter!
Think of dial up as being on a wonderful vacation at a cottage in the middle of no where.

Thanks for the call Audra. It was good to hear from you.

Dial up blows. I don't know how I ever got along without high-speed. Hell right now, I'm sitting in my la-z-boy using my laptop on my wireless home network.

I live out in the country. We'll never have cable or high speed of any kind out here. Not enough homes to warrant it. We feel fortunate we're not on a party line. The dish (DirecPC) is outrageously expensive.

You just kind of get used to it after a while, although I will say that Netzero high speed for dial-up is a HUGE improvement.
