purchased two new ones filled over half full . now they puke in my bilge. do i need to lower the level. had the old plastic merc style developed a crack. now it pukes on both drives , thought first maybe drive has a bad bearing, but with both drives i dont think so.

Sounds like maybe they are not being ventilated. ( uneducated guess.) Give Revolution Marine a call I am sure they will be more then happy to help you out. If you cant get ahold of them let me know and I will get in touch with them.
