Fuel Capacity

Jo told me 60, so I'm gonna go w/ that.
It doesn't seem like much.
I guess at cruising I'm looking at 1.5hrs of run time?
I just received my fuel flow meter, so I'll get a good idea after the install.

Griff,
Exactly...
It's probably more like 20gph max at cruise.(3500-3800rpm)
These are the figures I got from merc. for a 454mag
1600rpm 3.6gph
2500rpm 7.3gph
3500rpm 13.4gph
4500rpm 24.3gph

I had a 454mag in my 24 Outlaw and averaged about 20 GPH in the 3600-3800rpm range.
I was getting about 2mpg. You should be somewhere close to that also. I had 100 gallon tank and never ever came close to burning it all in a day. I think the most I ever used was about 75 gallons in a day. You should be fine with 60 gallons 90% of the time.
