What is the size of the fuel tank on a 1995 24?

I dont know about the 95 but mine is 56 gallons

Jo told me 60, so I'm gonna go w/ that.

It doesn't seem like much.
I guess at cruising I'm looking at 1.5hrs of run time?
I just received my fuel flow meter, so I'll get a good idea after the install.

what are u cruising at 70mph???

Exactly...
It's probably more like 20gph max at cruise.(3500-3800rpm)

These are the figures I got from merc. for a 454mag

1600rpm 3.6gph
2500rpm 7.3gph
3500rpm 13.4gph
4500rpm 24.3gph

I had a 454mag in my 24 Outlaw and averaged about 20 GPH in the 3600-3800rpm range.

I was getting about 2mpg. You should be somewhere close to that also. I had 100 gallon tank and never ever came close to burning it all in a day. I think the most I ever used was about 75 gallons in a day. You should be fine with 60 gallons 90% of the time.

I just filled up from empty... and real empty if you know what I mean.
Anyway, only took on 50gals... could this be right?
