Do these really work? For the cost to power ratio they seem very affordable. 10%-15% hp increase for $34.99. I understand the theory behind that atomization thing. Maybe can't hurt to try.

It looks like a serious restriction to airflow to me. I'd stay away from those.

New twist on an old idea,before it was the carb baseplate gasket that you could make it into and some of the old racers would run it that way.
