The new High Noon boat (rigged by Rick Turmel) was seen being tested in the Lauderdale area over the weekend, and it has clocked records speeds, or so we hear.

Whatever happened to the green Extreme that ran in '99? It was owned by a left coast guy that had a sports drink sponsor. I heard he had some legal problems and the boat was tied up in court.

There was some kind of legal litigation going on with that boat the last time I heard. Something to do with the title being lost or being held by a bank. This is only what I had heard and can not say it is all accurate.
