Isn't it weird.... but if you hava a "permit" and a camera... it isn't prostitution... Van Nuys and North Hollywood are the areas where most of that stuff is filmed... sometimes I will see in the news where "they" were doing a location "shoot"...The production company rents a house in the Hollywood hills and the neighbors see some of the "action".... hehehehehehe....
